Dassault Systemes SEJournelle implemented Centric PLM, a product of Dassault subsidiary Centric Software, adding a customer win for the parent.

New York-based intimates retailer and brand Journelle has implemented Centric PLM to centralize product development and support scalable growth across multiple brands, replacing fragmented workflows with a unified platform. The company, founded in 2007, operates retail stores and a growing e-commerce business, curating third-party brands alongside its own collections. With Centric PLM, Journelle now organizes collections in one platform, centralizes product information, and enables faster, more aligned decision-making, following an implementation completed in approximately 14 weeks. The team has also added Centric AI Studio to bring AI-powered design and visual content creation into the same platform. Centric Software CEO Fabrice Canonge highlighted Journelle's focus on building a data-driven foundation for long-term growth, and Centric Software is a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes.
