Jenkongklai PCLJPARK launches GJ PARK parking building with over 590 million baht investment, expanding into full-service projects to increase revenue sources.

Jenkongklai Public Company Limited, or JPARK, has launched GJ PARK, a new full-service parking building within the Kanchanaphisek Medical Center at Mahidol University, with an investment value of over 590 million baht. Chief Executive Officer Santipol Jenwattanapaisal said the project addresses the continuously growing demand for parking space among medical center visitors, staff, and the general public. The project is equipped with an automatic License Plate Recognition system, a Parking Guidance system, and a Cashless Payment system to reduce the time spent searching for parking and improve vehicle turnover. The building also includes space for shops and various services to generate value beyond simply accommodating vehicles, in line with JPARK's direction of expanding from parking space management into the development and management of large-scale, full-service projects in order to increase revenue sources and its long-term business base.
