Jenkongklai PCLJenkongklai Public Company Limited, or JPARK, reported second-quarter revenue for fiscal 2026 of 160.52 million baht, up 24.21% from the same period last year, with net profit of 16.00 million baht. Its parking management system consulting and installation business, or CIPS, saw revenue rise 160.58% as it progressively recognized revenue from parking system projects based on work completion. The company has delivered the Kanchanaphisek Medical Center parking building at Siriraj Hospital Salaya, worth approximately 500 million baht, supporting about 1,000 parking spaces and featuring 4,000 square meters of commercial space. It will open for full service in the third quarter of 2026, and more than 84% of the commercial space has already been leased. Meanwhile, the company is constructing the Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport parking project, supporting about 1,084 parking spaces on 35,130 square meters, with a project term of 10 years.
