Changzhou Fusion New Material Co. Ltd. AJuhe Materials plans to invest 300 million yuan as a limited partner in Guoju Tonghui to expand into semiconductor materials, a capital/expansion move.

Juhe Materials announced on September 14 that it intends to use its own funds to join Shanghai Guoju Tonghui Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership as a limited partner, with a new subscribed capital contribution of 300 million yuan. The partnership plans to focus on semiconductor materials-related fields. Guoju Tonghui currently has total subscribed capital of 30 million yuan. After this capital increase and the transfer of subscribed capital shares are completed, its total subscribed capital will increase to 950 million yuan, of which Juhe Materials and Juhe Zhiyuan will subscribe 300 million yuan and 350 million yuan respectively, accounting for 31.58 percent and 36.84 percent. The company's final subscribed capital ratio is expected not to exceed 33.33 percent. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 10.602 billion yuan, up 64.75 percent year on year, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was negative 86 million yuan, turning from profit to loss compared with the same period last year. The company's core business is photovoltaic conductive paste, and it has already entered the semiconductor materials field through the acquisition of SKE's blank mask business, with products covering process nodes from 14 nanometers to 90 nanometers.
