Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against Photronics, Inc. on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Photronics securities between December 10, 2025 and May 27, 2026. The complaint alleges that on May 28, 2026, Photronics announced second-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results showing revenue and earnings well below internal projections, with IC revenue collapsing 11% sequentially, and that management attributed the shortfall to new product launch delays, elevated fab utilization rates, and geopolitical uncertainty. Following the announcement, Photronics stock fell more than 36% on May 28, 2026. Investors seeking to serve as lead plaintiff must move the court no later than September 4, 2026.
