Keisei Electric Railway will introduce a new limited express train directly connecting Narita Airport and Haneda Airport in the 2030s. The plan was presented at a study group of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, with operations between Narita Airport Station and Oshiage Station starting in fiscal 2028, and then running through onto the Toei Asakusa Line and the Keikyu Airport Line, with up to three services per hour to Haneda Airport. The current Access Express takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes and requires no extra fare, but the new limited express will require an extra fare while reducing travel time, and the Access Express will continue to operate.
