Summary · why it matters

Kering has promoted Sophie Maddaloni, its longtime group tax director, to general secretary of the group, effective immediately. Maddaloni, who is based in Paris, also joins Kering's executive committee and reports to Jean-Marc Duplaix, group chief operating officer.
