Summary · why it matters

Keruisi has postponed the dates for its high-end fully automatic precision magnetic component winding equipment technology upgrade and expansion project, as well as its innovation R&D centre project, from 31 July 2026 to 31 January 2027. As of 30 June 2026, the investment progress for these two IPO-funded projects stood at 66.02% and 68.82% respectively, both below 70%. The company stated that the delay is a prudent arrangement based on actual project implementation, and that there is no change to the construction content, implementing entity, or use of raised funds, and it will not have a material adverse impact on normal operations. Keruisi listed on the ChiNext board on 28 March 2023 at an issue price of 63.78 yuan, raising net proceeds of 599 million yuan. However, its share price has long traded below the IPO price. As of the close on 27 July, the stock closed at 36.08 yuan, down 38.87% from its intra-year high in mid-June. The company's main business is small magnetic ring coil winding services and related equipment. Revenue and net profit declined for three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024. Although performance improved in 2025, the first quarter of this year saw revenue increase but profit decline, with net profit attributable to the parent company plunging 57.24% year-on-year.
