Keysight Technologies IncRecord Q3 results and raised outlook driven by AI infrastructure demand, with orders up 56%.

Keysight Technologies raised its fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 outlook after reporting record third-quarter results driven by AI infrastructure demand. The company expects fourth-quarter revenue between $1.930 billion and $1.950 billion, with earnings per share of $3.34 to $3.40, implying fiscal 2026 revenue growth of 32% and EPS growth of approximately 60% at the midpoint. Third-quarter orders rose 56% to $2.091 billion, revenue grew 36% to $1.846 billion, and net income reached $531 million, or $3.07 per share. Management highlighted that wireline revenue exceeded wireless revenue for the first time, and the Commercial Communications business generated its first $1 billion quarter with revenue of $1.006 billion, up 56%. Executives cautioned that supply chain constraints will remain the near-term governor of revenue, with demand far exceeding the company's ability to supply.
