A jury in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas returned a verdict on the 16th finding that semiconductor memory giant Kioxia Holdings infringed patents held by US satellite communications company Viasat. Reuters reports that the damages amount to approximately 229 million dollars, or 37 billion yen.
