KLA CorporationKLA raised its 2026 wafer equipment market outlook and guided strong revenue growth driven by AI infrastructure investment and advanced packaging demand.

KLA Corporation guided September-quarter revenue to $4 billion, plus or minus $200 million, while raising its 2026 wafer equipment market outlook to approximately the low $150 billion range, up from a prior expectation of $140 billion plus. CEO Richard Wallace said June-quarter revenue reached a record $3.66 billion, above the midpoint of guidance, driven by accelerating AI infrastructure investment and continued strength in leading-edge foundry and logic. The company now expects advanced packaging process control systems revenue to grow to approximately $1.1 billion in calendar 2026, up more than 70% year-over-year, exceeding the earlier high-50% growth target. CFO Bren Higgins noted that gross margin was 62.4% in the quarter, with headwinds from memory pricing and tariffs, and guided September-quarter gross margin to 62.5% plus or minus one percentage point. Management said visibility continues to improve and expects momentum to accelerate through the second half of calendar 2026, with significant growth continuing into 2027.
