Kymera Therapeutics IncCompleted Phase 2b trial enrollment ahead of schedule, pulling topline data readout forward to end of 2025 from mid-2027.

Kymera Therapeutics shares jumped almost 30% this week after the company completed enrollment in a global Phase 2b trial of its lead drug candidate KT-621 far ahead of schedule, pulling the expected topline data readout forward to the end of this year from mid-2027. The early finish prompted several analyst price target increases, including Canaccord's Edward Nash raising his target to $129 per share from $106 while maintaining a buy rating. The positive momentum was partially offset by an insider sale in which Atlas Venture Fund, a firm where Kymera co-founder and board member Bruce Booth is a partner, sold 398,765 shares for nearly $44 million under a pre-arranged trading plan.
