Lands’ End IncQ3 revenue guidance below consensus and EPS miss

Lands' End shares fell 3.6% in premarket trading after the company issued third-quarter revenue guidance below expectations. In its mixed second-quarter report, revenue rose 2.7% year over year to $302 million, edging past the consensus estimate, while adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.09 missed the $0.10 consensus. The company's U.S. digital segment revenue increased 5.3% to $268.9 million, and Europe e-commerce revenue was up 0.5% to $19.7 million. Gross margin expanded approximately 320 basis points to 52.0%, driven by IEEPA tariff refunds. Looking ahead, Lands' End expects fiscal third-quarter revenue between $300.0 million and $330.0 million, with a midpoint of $315 million, versus the $326.4 million consensus.
