Jiangsu Jingyuan Environmental Protection Co LtdIts subsidiary Nantong Jingyuan Cloud is suing Lanyun Technology for unpaid fees, indicating potential revenue loss or customer credit issues.

Lanyun Technology, a major AI computing player on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, has been sued by Nantong Jingyuan Cloud, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jingyuan Environmental Protection, over unpaid AI cloud service fees. The lawsuit involves outstanding payments and liquidated damages totaling 23.984 million yuan. Nantong Jingyuan Cloud signed a two-year contract with Lanyun Technology in June 2024, with a monthly service fee of 2.465 million yuan. However, Lanyun Technology has failed to make payments as agreed since November 2025, and as of the contract expiry date still owed 22.5031 million yuan, while also failing to return 34 servers. Lanyun Technology had previously driven a surge in the A-share AI computing sector after signing a major 3.707 billion yuan computing contract, but on July 23 its share price fell to around 14 yuan during trading, a drop of about 9.68 percent, nearly halving from its earlier peak. Since listing, the company has completed three private placements raising a total of 156 million yuan, but the funds were quickly exhausted. It is now planning a new round of refinancing worth 274 million yuan to replenish working capital.
