Liberty Latin America Ltd10-year IT deal with Amdocs expected to deliver cost savings and improve financial performance.

Liberty Latin America has entered a 10-year strategic engagement with Amdocs to manage its end-to-end IT ecosystem across its regional footprint. The agreement will shift Liberty Latin America's traditional IT operations to an AI-driven model using Amdocs' Agentic Operating System, aOS, aiming to accelerate time to market, boost product innovation, enhance customer and employee experience, and deliver significant cost savings. Amdocs is collaborating with Prodapt, an existing Liberty Latin America partner, to support service continuity and operational transformation. Liberty Latin America's Chief Technology and Product Officer Aamir Hussain said the deal lets the company access world-class expertise without building every capability in-house, while CFO Chris Noyes noted it strengthens financial performance and provides greater cost predictability tied to business outcomes. The transition is expected to take place over the coming months with a focus on seamless service continuity.
