Light Science Technologies Holdings PLCAcquisition drives pipeline growth to £50m, with secured orders of £1.28-1.66m and over 14 new clients in contract electronics.

Light Science Technologies CEO Simon Deacon said the Injectaclad acquisition has helped drive the company's quoted pipeline to over £50 million, with more than £20 million tied to passive fire protection. Since the April deal, the company has secured orders and projects worth between £1.28 million and £1.66 million, with order volumes exceeding expectations and integration progressing well. Deacon noted that owning both the product and installation capability allows the company to engage with projects at the grassroots level, improving conversion of opportunities across a market where over 40,000 buildings require fire safety remediation. Beyond fire protection, the company has completed a Nottingham Trent University AgTech project, started another, and won over 14 new clients in its contract electronics business.
