LiqTech International IncCut 2026 revenue guidance due to delayed Water for Energy project, though record pool revenue and follow-on order provide some offset.

LiqTech International reported second-quarter revenue of $4.4 million, down 12% year over year, and cut its full-year revenue guidance to $20 million to $23 million after a major Water for Energy project was delayed by a customer's organizational change. Commercial Pool revenue hit a record $1.5 million, up from $0.8 million a year earlier, while Marine revenue rose to $0.7 million from $0.4 million. The company posted a net loss of $3.1 million, wider than the $2.2 million loss in the prior-year quarter, and adjusted EBITDA was negative $1.6 million. LiqTech completed a June public offering with about $18 million in net proceeds, using part of it to repay senior promissory notes and original issue discount notes, and ended the quarter with $15.7 million in cash including restricted cash. The company also announced a $2.1 million follow-on order from a U.S.-based steel manufacturer for four additional wastewater filtration systems, with about 75% of that order expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.
