Littelfuse IncAI data center buildout drives demand for high-voltage protection products, with bookings up >20% YoY and data center sales growing to ~20% of business.

Heartland Value Plus Fund highlighted Littelfuse as a material contributor in its second-quarter 2026 investor letter, noting the stock has surged 40% since the end of March after a very strong quarter. The fund stated that Littelfuse, an electronics component supplier specializing in power management fuses, has seen its data center and grid utility infrastructure sales grow from largely immaterial a few years ago to around 20% of the business today, driven by high-medium voltage protection products key to the AI data center buildout. Bookings are up more than 20% year over year while earnings per share continue to rise, and management is returning cash to shareholders through rising dividends and stock buybacks. Despite the rally, the fund noted that Littelfuse continues to trade at a discount to peers, which carry an average multiple of nearly 40 times earnings. Littelfuse closed at $416.31 per share on July 14, 2026, with a market capitalization of $10.53 billion.
