LivaNova PLCRecord Q2 revenue and EPS, raised FY2026 guidance
LivaNova reported record second-quarter revenue and earnings per share and raised its full-year 2026 outlook. Revenue rose 9.8% on a constant currency basis to $391 million, with Cardiopulmonary revenue up 10% to $222 million and Epilepsy revenue up 10%. The company now expects full-year revenue growth of 8% to 9%, up from 7% to 8%, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $4.30 to $4.40, up from prior guidance. LivaNova also announced a long-term supply agreement with Thermo Fisher Scientific for a critical oxygenator component and said it expects to submit a PMA supplement for its next-generation OSA system between the second half of 2026 and the first half of 2027.
