LiveOne signaled a path to over $250 million in revenues over the next three years, citing a record $6.3 million of adjusted EBITDA and a new Netflix partnership. Founder, Chairman and CEO Robert Ellin said the company posted $19.3 million in revenues and $18.6 million of audio revenues for the quarter, while also noting a 4-year retail agreement with one of the biggest retailers in the world. Interim CFO Craig Christensen reported consolidated revenue of $19.4 million with positive adjusted EBITDA of $4.3 million, and a U.S. GAAP net loss of $3.1 million or negative $0.23 per share. Ellin said the company is in discussions with 17 AI businesses and expects to start monetizing AI content in the next quarter, while Christensen flagged that some Q1 Slacker margin and EBITDA drivers included one-time items tied to liability elimination and stock-for-service deals.
