Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co. Ltd. AFirst-half 2026 net profit forecast to surge at least 622-fold, driving shares up 12.5%.

Longsys has released its first-half 2026 earnings forecast, projecting net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company at 9.2 billion to 11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62,204.03% to 74,393.95%, meaning at least a 622-fold rise. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be 9 billion to 10.5 billion yuan, up 27,844.32% to 32,501.71%. Operating revenue is forecast at 22 billion to 25 billion yuan, more than double the 10.196 billion yuan recorded in the same period last year. The company attributed the explosive performance mainly to increased downstream demand, limited growth in global memory wafer production capacity that has boosted industry conditions, and the renewal of supply agreements with several major memory wafer foundries that secured its resource base. At the same time, self-developed chips and software architecture are supporting on-device AI storage demand, with joint tuning with AMD enabling SSD storage agents to reduce DRAM usage for on-device AI products by about 40%. At midday on July 6, Longsys shares traded at 695.26 yuan, surging 12.50%.
