Shenzhen Longsys Electronics has passed the listing hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Citi as joint sponsors. If it successfully lists, Longsys will become the first independent memory company in China to be listed on both A-shares and H-shares. The company's previously disclosed 2026 interim report shows first-half revenue of 24.088 billion yuan, up 136.26 percent year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent of 10.577 billion yuan, a surge of 71,528.66 percent year on year. The prospectus shows that Longsys Electronics was founded in 1999 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 5, 2022. It is engaged in the research, development, design and sales of flash and DRAM memory, with four product lines: embedded storage, mobile storage, solid-state drives and memory modules. Based on 2025 storage product revenue, the company is the world's second-largest independent semiconductor memory maker and China's largest independent memory maker, holding a 1.2 percent share of the global storage product market in 2025. During the reporting period, Longsys revenue was 10.125 billion yuan, 17.46 billion yuan and 22.766 billion yuan respectively, while annual profit was minus 837 million yuan, 505 million yuan and 1.5 billion yuan respectively. As of the end of 2025, Longsys had short-term borrowings of 5.245 billion yuan, long-term borrowings of 4.377 billion yuan, and cash and cash equivalents of only 1.478 billion yuan.
