Loongson Technology's application for a private placement of A-shares has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company received the acceptance notice from the exchange on August 14, 2026. The exchange reviewed the prospectus and related application documents submitted for the STAR Market listed company's securities issuance, found the documents complete and in compliance with statutory requirements, and decided to accept the application and conduct review in accordance with the law. This issuance still needs to pass the exchange's review and obtain approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
