Lulu's Fashion Lounge Holdings shares have fallen 24.5% since the company reported second-quarter results, underperforming the S&P 500's 0.4% decline. The company posted a net loss of $1.5 million, or 52 cents per share, narrower than a loss of $3 million, or $1.08 per share, a year earlier, while net revenue declined 17% to $67.8 million from $81.5 million. Gross margin expanded 330 basis points to 48.6%, the highest second-quarter level since 2021, and adjusted EBITDA rose to $1 million from $0.5 million. Total orders fell 17% and active customers dropped 13% to 2.2 million, but average order value increased 1% to $147. Lulus reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 outlook, expecting adjusted EBITDA to turn positive versus negative $1.2 million in 2025, and said its special committee continues to evaluate strategic alternatives.
