Within the group, Mytheresa grew 10.2 percent in the quarter and 11.5 percent for the year with a 6.3 percent annual adjusted EBITDA margin, while Net-a-porter and Mr Porter combined grew 5.6 percent in the quarter at a 2.7 percent profitable EBITDA margin, their first quarter of both growth and profitability since the acquisition. Yoox grew 6.6 percent in the quarter, its first growth since the acquisition, and halved its loss to 45.5 million euros from almost 80 million euros a year earlier. Chief executive Michael Kliger said the company expects mid-single to high-single-digit net sales growth and a 2 to 3 percent adjusted EBITDA margin in the new fiscal year, adding that LuxExperience purchased Yoox Net-a-porter from Richemont in April 2025.
