Marvell Technology reported record revenue of $2.739 billion for its fiscal second quarter, up 37% year over year, and raised its full-year outlook for the second consecutive quarter. Data center sales climbed 46% to $2.17 billion, now 79% of the business, and management lifted fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to about $12 billion and fiscal 2028 to about $18 billion, with data center growth expected at 60% or more in both years. The company also disclosed an expanded custom silicon agreement with a major hyperscaler carrying potential cumulative revenue of $120 billion over roughly six years. Non-GAAP operating margin reached 36.6%, up 180 basis points, and earnings per share grew 40% to $0.94, though third-quarter gross margin is guided lower due to product mix. Management acknowledged supply constraints and planned about $1 billion in capacity prepayments, while total debt stood at $4.96 billion with a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 0.27x.
