Melexis has reported the purchase of 6,471 of its own shares on Euronext Brussels between 24 and 28 August 2026, as part of its share buy-back program announced on 10 December 2025. The shares were acquired at an average price of 64.35 euros, for a total buyback amount of 416,439 euros. Under the current program, which allows for up to 850,000 shares, Melexis has now purchased 225,690 treasury shares. Including 831,491 shares bought under a previous program, the company holds a total of 1,057,181 treasury shares.
