Meorient International Exhibition disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to the parent company of 13 million to 18 million yuan in the first half of 2026, compared with a profit of 15.54 million yuan in the same period last year. The non-recurring net loss is expected to be 17 million to 22 million yuan, compared with a profit of 13.0716 million yuan in the same period last year. The company stated that the decline in performance was mainly due to the impact of international geopolitical conflicts, which led to the cancellation of an offline exhibition originally planned for June 2026 in the United Arab Emirates with a scale of about 1,000 booths. Meorient International Exhibition is mainly engaged in the planning, organization, promotion, and operation services of overseas exhibitions.
