Lead Independent Director Barry Nearhos said Ballhaus has driven strong operational and financial results since taking the helm three years ago, and that the Board has high confidence in his continued leadership as the company enters fiscal year 2027 with enhanced multi-year visibility and an improving organic growth outlook. Ballhaus said the focus will remain on executing for customers, scaling efficiently, and progressing toward the company's targeted growth, margin, and free cash flow profile. Mercury Systems also reaffirmed the financial guidance it previously provided during its earnings conference call on August 18, 2026. The Andover, Massachusetts-based aerospace and defense electronics maker trades on Nasdaq under the symbol MRCY.
