Shanghai Metersbonwe Fashion&Accessories Co LtdCompany expects a net loss of 35-49 million yuan in H1 2026, compared to a profit last year, due to inventory write-downs and lower rental income.

Metersbonwe disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of 35 million to 49 million yuan in the first half of 2026, compared with a profit of 9.9303 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is also expected to be 35 million to 49 million yuan, compared with a profit of 666,400 yuan a year earlier. Basic earnings per share are projected at negative 0.01 to negative 0.02 yuan. The company explained that the change in performance was mainly due to the main business focusing on adjusting product layout, advancing new product research and development, and clearing existing inventory, which led to an increase in inventory write-down provisions. At the same time, the area of properties leased to external parties declined year-on-year, resulting in lower rental income.
