ImmunoPrecise Antibodies Ltd.MindWalk files European patent for high-dimensional biological data architecture, enhancing its AI-driven drug discovery platform.

MindWalk Holdings Corp. has filed European patent application No. EP26187897.9, seeking protection for a high-dimensional data structure that organizes biological meaning around its HYFT pattern anchors. The architecture is designed to support the company's ReefIQ biological context layer and LensAI reasoning workflows, enabling AI models to retrieve, compare, and reason over connected, traceable biology in drug discovery. CEO Jennifer Bath stated that as AI models become commoditized, durable advantage will come from structured biological representation that preserves provenance and reuses knowledge across programs. The filing builds on MindWalk's foundational HYFT patent by adding a distinct layer that enriches pattern anchors with sequence-level, structural, functional, and literature-derived context, making it complementary to protein language models and other AI systems. MindWalk has demonstrated the approach in preclinical dengue and influenza programs, and its LensAI platform is already under recurring commercial arrangements with life-sciences customers.
