Oracle CorporationMizuho maintains Outperform and $320 PT, citing AI cloud capacity surge expected to drive Q1 beat.

Mizuho has maintained its Outperform rating and $320 price target on Oracle ahead of the company's fiscal first-quarter earnings on Sept. 10, citing a surge in AI cloud capacity. The brokerage estimates that Oracle will deploy about 1 gigawatt of new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure capacity in the quarter, compared with roughly 1.2 gigawatts added in all of fiscal 2026. Mizuho predicts this additional capacity will help Oracle beat consensus estimates, as AI customers demand significant computational power that Oracle can only monetize once data centers are operational. However, the high cost of building AI infrastructure has raised concerns among investors about financing, data-center delays, and the timeline for translating massive spending into higher free cash flow. Oracle's earnings report and its Investor Day on Oct. 28 will provide further insight into whether the company can balance capacity growth with cost management.
