Mobileye Global Inc. Class A Common StockMobileye announces its own vertically integrated robotaxi launch in 2027, a major product/technology development.

Mobileye announced plans to launch its own vertically integrated autonomous ride-hailing business, with an initial fleet of 100 fully driverless robotaxis set to deploy in a major, unnamed U.S. city in 2027. If successful, the company aims to scale the fleet to about 17,000 vehicles over the following five years. The initiative marks a strategic shift from its traditional role as an ADAS supplier, combining its proprietary Mobileye Drive system with the infrastructure of its Moovit subsidiary. Mobileye will partner with external vehicle platforms and fleet managers rather than manufacturing its own cars. Wall Street analysts maintain a Moderate Buy consensus rating on the stock, with a mean price target of $13.17 implying over 35% upside.
