Mobix Labs IncSecured initial production order for EMI-filtered F-16 connectors, expanding its defense component footprint.

Mobix Labs, Inc. has secured its initial production order for components supporting the F-16 Fighting Falcon, expanding its footprint across major U.S. fighter aircraft programs. The order, placed by a veteran-owned U.S. aerospace sustainment contractor, consists of EMI-filtered connectors manufactured at Mobix Labs' facility in Irvine, California, with initial shipments already delivered and the balance expected in the coming weeks. This F-16 order follows the company's previously announced expansion on the F-22 Raptor program, where component orders increased approximately five-fold. Mobix Labs' CEO Phil Sansone highlighted the strategic importance of adding another major fighter platform, noting that the components are made in America for mission-critical defense applications. The F-16, a cornerstone of U.S. airpower, is being sustained through service life extensions and new production, with Lockheed Martin reporting the program supports about 46,000 U.S. jobs and over 500 suppliers across 41 states.
