The Primary Reporting Unit generated $7.4 million in revenue, down 22.2%, while China revenues fell 36.5% to $139,000 and Russia and Kazakhstan revenues declined 22.8% to $78,000. Management cited cautious Chinese consumer spending, regulatory uncertainty, and member misconduct in Hong Kong as key headwinds, but noted that a restructuring program delivered $300,000 in quarterly cost savings and is expected to generate further benefits in the second half of 2026.
