Navan reported second-quarter revenue of $233 million, up 35% year-over-year, and raised its full-year revenue guidance to $927 million-$933 million, representing 32% growth at the midpoint. Total gross bookings value grew 45% year-over-year to more than $3 billion, while non-GAAP gross margin reached 75% and non-GAAP operating margin was 7%, up from 5% a year ago. The company signed $4 billion of new gross bookings value in its sales-led growth business over the last 12 months, up 60% compared to the prior-year quarter, and now serves 50 companies in the S&P 500, up from 45 last quarter. Navan also announced its acquisition of BoomPop, expanding into the meetings and events category, which it said represents roughly 30% of the business travel market; CFO Aurélien Nolf said BoomPop will have a very low single-digit impact on FY27 revenue and a mid-single-digit impact on non-GAAP operating income, with the business expected to become accretive in FY28. For the third quarter, Navan guided to revenue of $253 million-$255 million, representing 30% growth at the midpoint, and non-GAAP operating income of $35.5 million-$36.5 million, a 14% margin. The company ended the quarter with $820 million in cash and short-term investments and approximately $125 million of debt.
