NCL International Logistics Public Company Limited, or NCL, has disclosed that the Supreme Court ordered not to allow the plaintiff's appeal, dismissing the petition and rejecting the plaintiff's appeal. This brings the case valued at 25.08 million baht to an end, and NCL, as the third defendant, has no liability under the lawsuit. Previously, the Court of First Instance had ruled that NCL jointly deliver the original bills of lading and pay the amount plus interest totaling 25.08 million baht, but the Court of Appeal acquitted NCL. Most recently, the Supreme Court ordered not to accept the plaintiff's appeal as it did not involve a significant issue warranting consideration. Mr. Pongthep Wichayakul, Chief Executive Officer, stated that this dispute has concluded, and the company is considering the accounting impact, including the reversal of related provisions for liabilities, which is expected to recognize the positive reversal in the third quarter of 2026 and enable the operating results to turn positive.
