Nice Call Public Company Limited, or NCP, has announced plans to expand its telesales team to 200 people, up from the current 110 to 120, following its move to a new office in early June. The expansion aims to meet strong demand in the dedicated telesale outsourcing segment, while also targeting high-value goods such as electric vehicles, houses, condominiums, and real estate. The company will supplement this with at least one new dietary supplement product per month and deploy AI to enhance sales efficiency. Chief Executive Officer Mr. Saran Vechasupaporn revealed that the company continues its telesales vocational training project for female inmates at the Women's Correctional Institution. A new 50-seat center was opened in Phitsanulok province in May, and a second phase with another 50 seats will be added in Chonburi province in July, bringing the total to 100 seats. Over 30 female ex-offenders have already been hired as permanent staff. The company is confident of achieving double-digit growth in 2026.
