Nebius Group N.V.Nvidia disclosed a 9.3% stake, signaling financial backing and partnership.
Nebius Group shares rose about 7% in premarket trading after Nvidia disclosed a 9.3% stake in the Amsterdam-based AI computing infrastructure provider. The filing sheds light on Nvidia's investment in Nebius, which has become a leading provider of AI computing capacity in Europe and whose stock has surged nearly 250% over the past year to a market value of roughly $46 billion. Nvidia had previously committed $2 billion to Nebius, and the two companies collaborate on AI infrastructure deployment, fleet management, and inference and data center architecture. The partnership is expected to give Nebius access to hardware and technical support as demand for large-scale AI systems grows, while Nvidia strengthens its ties across the AI ecosystem to drive chip demand and expand its cloud influence. Nebius has also secured major customer deals, including a long-term contract in March under which Meta pledged to invest up to $27 billion in corporate infrastructure.
