Nebius has raised its contracted power guidance to 5 gigawatts by the end of 2026, up from 3 gigawatts in February and 4 gigawatts in May. The company, which operates as the largest neocloud provider, has secured major deals including a $27 billion agreement with Meta Platforms split into a $12 billion and a $15 billion five-year contract, with capacity delivery starting in early 2027. Nebius reported $582.3 million in second-quarter revenue, a 454% year-over-year increase, and expects up to $9 billion in annual recurring revenue by the end of the year. The company issued $4 billion in private convertible notes earlier this year to fund data center construction, and 70% of its deals include partial prepayments covering 50% to 60% of associated capital expenditures. Nebius stated it could sell its entire 2027 capacity on current terms but is deliberately retaining some capacity for immediate customer needs.
