Netherlands-based AI infrastructure company Nebius Group reported second quarter 2026 revenue of 582.3 million dollars, exceeding the LSEG consensus estimate of 572.75 million dollars. Its core AI cloud segment saw revenue expand nearly sixfold, driving overall growth. The company signed four AI cloud contracts with average contract values above 1 billion dollars, total contract value expanded nearly fourfold, and new customer contract value jumped more than ninefold. Second quarter capital expenditure was about 5.7 billion dollars, above the Visible Alpha consensus estimate of 4.7 billion dollars, driven by aggressive investment in GPUs and data center expansion. The company raised its 2026 contracted power target to 5 gigawatts from the previous target of more than 4 gigawatts, and said it expects customer prepayments received in 2026 to exceed 9 billion dollars and committed contract value to exceed 40 billion dollars.
