Nebius shares jumped 10% early Friday after the AI infrastructure provider secured a multiyear cloud contract worth more than $1 billion and brought new Nvidia-powered computing capacity online in Finland. The agreement with Reflection AI will provide more than $1 billion of GPU-based cloud services through 2029, potentially giving Nebius greater revenue visibility as demand for AI computing expands. Nebius also put its Vera Rubin compute rack into operation at its Finnish data center, adding next-generation GPU capacity for serving AI workloads. The company is scheduled to report fiscal second-quarter results on August 12, with analysts projecting an adjusted loss of 61 cents per share compared with 38 cents a year earlier and revenue rising 449% to $577.66 million. Nebius shares had climbed 27.1% on Thursday and were also higher in premarket trading.
