Northeast Rubber Public Company Limited, or NER, reported a second-quarter 2026 normalised profit of 447 million baht, up 47.2 percent from the previous quarter and 33 percent above analyst expectations. Net profit came in at 436 million baht. Total revenue was 7.144 billion baht, roughly in line with forecasts. Although sales volume fell to 108,000 tonnes, gross margin improved to 10.2 percent from 8.6 percent in the first quarter. Selling and administrative expenses declined due to a lower share of export revenue. The company announced an interim dividend of 0.05 baht per share, with the XD date set for 20 August. Yuanta Securities' research team expects third-quarter profit to continue growing both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year. It maintains its full-year 2026 normalised profit estimate at 1.73 billion baht and keeps a target price of 5.60 baht, with a buy recommendation.
