Netcompany Group repurchased 36,500 shares for a total of DKK 11,091,882 during the week of 20 July to 24 July 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. The programme, announced on 3 February 2026, has a total budget of up to DKK 750 million and a maximum of 3,250,000 shares, and is set to run no later than 29 January 2027. Since inception, the company has bought back 1,083,947 shares at an aggregate transaction value of DKK 363,202,906. Following the latest transactions and vesting of restricted share units, Netcompany holds 1,438,161 treasury shares, representing 3.1% of total share capital.
