Neurocrine Biosciences reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $959 million, a 39% increase from $688 million a year earlier, and raised its full-year INGREZZA sales guidance. Adjusted earnings rose to $2.85 per share from $1.65 per share, while net income climbed to $144.4 million, or $1.39 per share, from $107.5 million, or $1.06 per share. INGREZZA net sales grew 15% to $716 million, CRENESSITY net product sales surged 247% to $184 million, and newly acquired VYKAT XR contributed $54 million following the Soleno Therapeutics acquisition in May 2026. The company now expects full-year INGREZZA sales between $2.825 billion and $2.875 billion, up from a prior range of $2.7 billion to $2.8 billion. Neurocrine also highlighted upcoming Phase 3 readouts for osavampator in major depressive disorder and direclidine in schizophrenia in 2027.
