The company completed major projects including upgrades to the Salem City Wastewater Treatment Plant, pump stations, customer meter replacements, and the fast-tracked installation of permanent PFAS treatment at the Salem Water Treatment Plant. Since 2024, more than $766,000 has been provided through grants, sponsorships, and donations to support local organizations, including a $702,500 Neighborhood Tax Revitalization Credit grant to Stand Up for Salem. Salem City utility employees transitioned to New Jersey American Water as part of the acquisition, continuing to serve the community with enhanced training and resources.
