Newegg Commerce IncQ2 net income of $2.2M swung to a profit from a $1.7M loss, but net sales fell 8.1% and adjusted EBITDA declined to $3.7M from $5.9M

Newegg Commerce, Inc. announced its second quarter 2026 results, reporting net income of $2.2 million, a turnaround from a net loss of $1.7 million in the same period last year. Net sales decreased 8.1% to $320.4 million, while gross merchandise value (GMV) fell 3.9% to $403.2 million, reflecting persistent inflation and memory and flash supply constraints. The company highlighted strength in AI-related products and a 11% year-over-year growth in its FantasTech Sale. Interim CFO Christina Ching noted that demand from business and wholesale customers partially offset softer consumer volume, and the company plans to renew and expand its credit agreements, extended through November 25, 2026. Adjusted EBITDA declined to $3.7 million from $5.9 million a year ago.
