NGL Energy Partners LP announced that its general partner's board declared quarterly cash distributions for its Class B, Class C, and Class D preferred units for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. Class B Preferred Units will receive $0.6979 per unit and Class C Preferred Units will receive $0.6922 per unit, both payable on July 15, 2026 to holders of record on July 1, 2026. The Class D Preferred Units distribution totals $8,776,380.92, also payable on July 15 to record holders as of July 1. The Class B and Class C units carry floating rates of 11.166% and 11.076%, respectively.
