Revenue expected to decline 2% with Greater China sales down 20% due to marketplace cleanup.

NIKE is expected to report year-over-year declines in both revenue and earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter ending June 30. The Zacks Consensus Estimate projects revenue of $10.9 billion, a 2% decline, and earnings of 11 cents per share, down 21.4% from the prior year. Management has guided for a 2-4% revenue drop, with Greater China sales expected to fall 20% as the company continues marketplace cleanup efforts. Gross margin is forecast to contract 25-75 basis points, partly due to higher U.S. tariffs. NIKE shares have fallen 20.4% over the past three months, underperforming the broader market and key competitors.
