Ninebot announced that as of August 31, 2026, the company had repurchased a cumulative 5.7116 million depositary receipts, accounting for 0.78% of the total, with a total payment of about 220 million yuan. The buyback plan was approved in June 2026, with total funds of no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan. The repurchase price ceiling was adjusted to no more than 58.78 yuan per receipt due to equity distribution, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 14.358 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 1.008 billion yuan. Revenue from software service fees for electric two-wheelers reached 108 million yuan, and the company is boosting membership penetration through a 66 yuan per year VIP value-added service. In overseas business, two eBike models for the US market, Myon and MUXI, have gone on sale, and the global eBike market has exceeded 100 billion yuan. In addition, the Zhuhai manufacturing base is scheduled to begin production in 2027, and the first electric vehicle has already rolled off the line. Since its listing, the company has returned about 2.7 billion yuan to shareholders, including about 2.2 billion yuan in dividends and about 500 million yuan in buybacks.
